Job Title : SQL DBA
Experience : 3 - 8 Years
Desired : SQL DBA with 5+Yrs of Relevant SQL Database Administrator Experience, with a valid Passport. Open to go onsite immediately.
Full knowledge of the MS SQL Server environment, including all aspects of replication and recovery is required
Extensive experience with troubleshooting and analysis is required Qualifications
Very good in trouble shooting problems
Production and development support of a transactional and batched database environments
Should strong oral and written skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with necessary follow-through
Must have experience working in a highly active environment; including extensive knowledge of SQL 2000, 2005 and reporting Services,
Integration Services and their interrelationship with the OS knowledge (Windows Server) required.
Experience in Migration from SQL Server 2000 to 2005.With 3+years of relevant exp
Job Description : Ensure data recovery, maintenance, data integrity and space requirements for the MS SQL Server Database environment
Applications support, problem resolution related to the RDBMS and
Windows platform environment including Database login maintenance
Performance tuning and monitoring of various databases
Backup/recovery, installation & upgrades of RDBMS
