Job Title: Business Analyst - Life Insurance Domain

Job Description:

Overall work experience should be 5+ yearsStrong Domain Knowledge in Life Insurance domain, minimum 2 years.Functional Modules : Claims, Policy Servicing, Channel ManagementShould possess hands on experience in User requirement mapping & business analysis. Knowledge of the global Life insurance market is desirable, in particular the US, UK and Indian market.

Flair for preparing and handling client presentations and reports. Strong business analysis skills with an aptitude for consulting at client locations.Technical Knowledge of software environment (preferably Oracle) is desirable, but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Drive for results - Finding solutions to problems despite constraints, setting priorities, demonstrating high levels of energy in pursuing problems, setting high performance standards.

Educational qualifications: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA

Professional qualifications: Associate/Fellow of Insurance Institute of India or LOMA or CII, Any certification in Life Insurance is preferred.
