1. Should be technically sound in Oracle and JAVA technology and able to understand design concepts
2. Should have 8-9 years of experience
3. Should have customer management /interaction experience
4. Should have team management experience – able to manage team of 8-10 resource.
5. Ready to travel onsite for period of 6-8 months
6. Excellent communication skills
